DAY 1: Paris >>> Burgundy
Paris, Chablis, visit of cellars and tastings in the 4 "appellations".
Free lunch (suggestion of Burgundy restaurants or "tables d'hôtes" (guest tables) advised by your private driver guide) in Chablis or along the way in Noyers sur Sereins (one of the most beautiful villages of France).
In the afternoon visit of the Basilica of Vézelay (monastic monument of the XIIth century) and its authentic countryside.
Continuation towards your hotel in Beaune, an authentic town in the middle of the most prestigious vineyards of the Côte de Nuit and the Côte de Beaune. This tour fits according to your rhythm and centers of interests.
DAY 2: Côte de Nuit and Haute Côte de Nuit.
Oenology, gastronomy, heritage, country products, tastings.
By crossing the magnificent landscapes of the road of "Grands Crus", you will discover the vineyard and its peculiarities. You will learn about the art of the tasting and you will push the doors of domains to discover during the tastings, the best vineyards and their history.
You will meet passionate wine producers, in their lively eye when they speak about their wine in Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée or Nuit-Saint-Georges.
DAY 3: Côte de Beaune and Haute Côte de Beaune.
This day, quite so prestigious will be dedicated to the Côte de Beaune, leaned in the foothill of the Morvan.
