Cancellation policy
All prices are quoted in Euros
Booking changes and cancellations will be VALID only when made THROUGH SANDY TOURS by email or phone.
No refund for visits, tours or packages interrupted at client's own will.
For ALL Tours
Sandy Tours will apply the following cancellations fees :
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking
- less than 30 days prior to departure : 50 % of the services reserved will be charged
- less than 10 days prior to departure : the service is NOT refundable
Refunds
- The refund will be made in Euros and sent to the traveler, via the credit card used for the payment or by wire transfer.
- Sandy Tours will charge a penalty of 30 Euros for the treatment of any refund.
