My experience with Sandy Tours was so great!
From the moment of inquiry, Michael was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to set up itineraries from our 2 cruise ports of call that fit our desires.
Our drivers, F. and P., were punctual and were waiting for us when we go off the ship.
F. was an absolute dream and made our short time in Paris extremely worth while. He was friendly, informative, considerate and excited to show us around. He made sure that we not only saw the city, but also experienced it through it's history, quirks and fun facts. We hope to return to Paris again some day and will more than likely hire Sandy Tours again.
P. was also great and informative. He gave us great insight to Mont Saint Michel and took us to such interesting historical sights in remembrance of the D-Day.

I had the pleasure of engaging your firm to provide a day tour of Paris and an equal pleasure of meeting your guide Ms Sandrine E. who did a wonderful job of providing this tour.

With a one day limitation I realized that we would be able to see only a very limited area of Paris mostly for future reference so as to determine if I wanted to visit the City again with my wife at a later time to enjoy it more completely.

I feel we were given the most complete introduction to the City that could have been done by anyone and asked for contact info with your firm so that perhaps she might receive the recognition she disserves for a job well done.

"Private Tour Guide Recommendation"

I recently returned from a trip to London and Paris with my parents and 12 year old daughter and want to highly recommend our Paris tour guide.
Our needs were a little different than most - a knowledgeable guide who could work with us in Paris and take us to Normandy. More specifically, my dad is a WWII vet, was in Normandy and hasn't been back in 63 years.....he's 89.

I highly recommend Michael & Sandrine from Sandytours

Michael and Sandrine are registered with many of the comprehensive tour guide companies in Paris but you can also contact them directly. A husband and wife team, they each have their own specialties and will work with you to make sure your tour is exactly what you want.

In our case, my dad was stationed in St. Lo, and M. set up a visit that my dad will never forget. Because few vets return to this area now (so many are elderly), all are honored guests and my dad received the royal treatment. Two local newspapers covered his visit, and my dad was greeted by the American Cemetery Director. In addition, M.'s understanding of history and politics was comprehensive and sensitive.....

Sandytours also does wonderful tours of Paris and all surrounding areas. They have a very comfortable van which was important in our case, but are happy to do walking tours as well.

During our visit to London (January 2017), we did a day trip to Paris. It was our first time in Paris. Sandy did an amazing job as our guide. With her assistance and insight, we were able to visit all the highlights and left with so many memories and a strong desire to return and see so much more. We very much appreciated her patience and flexibility. We so enjoyed our day with her and got so much more out of the experience than we could have ever done on our own. We would highly recommend Sandy and personally thank her!

The trip was very educational and learned a lot about Josephine. The guide was very knowledgable and interesting. He was also very courteous. He took us to WWI cemetery with its beautiful view. My companion and I were very impressed.

Dear Michael: We arrived back in the US late on Wednesday after a lovely trip in Europe.
I wanted to tell you again how much we all enjoyed the trip to Versailles-- the private apartments were very special and your comments were very interesting.
Also,your help at the train station was greatly appreciated. Without the baggage handlers you secured for us, I do not know how we would have done it. They stayed with us until the train arrived and helped us get the baggage on the train.

I just want to write you a short note to thank you for your support and willingness, when called for a last minute service at year end.
I spoke to the Clients and they were impressed and more than satisfied with the service you rendered them.
Everything was well schedule, the driver / tour guide was most knowledgeable and friendly. Time was well kept and used to their advantage.
Short cuts to the Louvre and Versailles allowed them more time to enjoy Paris.
