- all reservations are subject to availability
- our rates apply to departures from Paris and back to Paris
- any service will be operated upon reception of full payment
- any service will be treated upon reception of a deposit with credit card, or wire transfer with no bank fees for Sandy tours
- childs : we propose a discounted price for all our tours, for children up to 12 years. Please contact us for exact amount.
- Sandy Tours can not be held responsible for personnal belongings left on a tour, in a car, minivan or coach.
- Sandy Tours will not be held responsible for theft of personnal effect or luggage left on a tour, in a car, minivan or coach.
- Sandy Tours will not be held responsible for accidents anywhere, when getting on or off a vehicle.
- due to traffic problems, departure and return times may vary. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Fares for customized tours will be confirmed the day that we have received a confirmation from customer.
All prices are subject to charge without notice due to currency fluctuations.
Sandy Tours is not responsible for acts of government, civil disturbances and strikes.
These conditions are governed by French laws and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of french courts at all times.
Sandy Tours prices include :
- Guiding, provided by french licensed guides (or touristical guides if mentionned), in the above languages : English, Spanish or other on request.
- Licensed guides are entitled to enter museums and monuments.
- Minivans are all comfort with air-conditioning,
- Personalised tour and itinerary
- VIP treatment
- Tours include all taxes, insurance, gas, maintenance, tolls, parking fees, salary and board of guide and/or driver (overnight tours)
- For airport transfer, train stations transfer, shore excursions transfer : service includes one (1) hour wait time, after the given time of pick-up, beyond, the guide or driver, will not wait and leave.
- For any other tour, guide or driver will wait half an hour (30 minutes) after the given time of pick-up, beyond she or he will leave.
- You will receive via email a prepaid voucher for services reserved
Sandy Tours prices do not include :
- meals
- entrance fees unless mentionned
- gratuities for the guide or driver
- personnal and travel insurance
- trip cancellation insurance : Sandy Tours doesn't provide this service.
(we strongly encourage customers to purchase cancellation and health insurance to protect against financial loss from unforeseen
accidents, loss of luggage and illness)
Conditions for packages :
- order and content of packages are subject to modifications depending on the party choices and various locations of sights and hotels.
- a 30% deposit of the total amount of the package is mandatory to insure any reservation.
- child discount for children under 12 years
